Address Logic is a Limited company and the sole owner and manager of www.address-logic.co.uk and or www.addressesandpostcodes.co.uk. Our policy is such that we never share, loan or otherwise provide personal / private information about our customers with outside parties. If you purchase a product or service from us then we will need to capture and hold a minimal amount of information about you, this is a legal requirement and your records will be stored for a minimum or six years and then destroyed. At no time will your information be provided or shared with a third party outside of our legal obligations to do so when working with governmental appointed agencies such as the Inland Revenue Services.
When taking payments we do not store credit card details and will not contact you using any of the details you provide unless explicitly concerned with the upkeep (updates) and relicensing of the product, unless you have opted in for us to do otherwise.

Payment Flow and Delivery Policy
We offer several advertising services as defined within our rate card. Upon full payment and acceptance of our terms and conditions for the service you choose, your digital advertisement will become live on our website within 24 hours for a minimum term of 12 months. Within the 11th month of the current term, you will be e-mailed and invited to cancel the agreement. You may upgrade, cancel or amend your advertisement at any time.
You may at any time upgrade, cancel or amend your advertisement. Cancellations will be refunded on a pro-rata basis (excluding costs) based on the number of unused days remaining in a 12-month term. For avoidance of doubt, we will work on a 365 day year and deduct 30 days as a notice period and a further £10 to cover administrative costs, never exceeding the amount paid to us for the service rendered.
